Comfortable, if you like to listen to music while going to sleep and don't want to disturb your partner, also can wear it while working out, because of the shape it's not bothering me in any way. Sounds quality is good.

I suffer from insomnia and have tried that many things to help me sleep, even tablets but they have left me feeling groggy the following day, but up to now this little number has done the trick. I have either been listening to calming music or raindrops on YouTube. I have been getting at least 5 hours sleep per night and to anybody who suffers from Insomnia will know that is amazing. As for working out, I can't really go to the gym but have been using it whilst walking the dog to take my mind of the cold and the dog is a happy chappy too 😂🤣

I was skeptical about buying this product but I am pleased to say it is great for sports and during other activities in many ways. It looks like a headband, which is actually great for holding your forehead clear, but it is also a headset and you can listen to music, ted talks or whatever you fancy listening in peace, also accept and reject calls. I also use it when I am cleaning or cooking and I don't want to disturb anyone with my music or radio. It wireless via Bluetooth pairing with your phone, it's great because you don't need to download any app, just Bluetooth. The battery lasts up to 10 hours , so I normally charge every other third day. The earbuds are adjustable so no worries about your head size.

Very attractive replacement for traditional headphones. You can safely go to bed without worrying about losing your headphones. Nice solution .. For listening to relaxing music. But as you need, you can use to answer calls and make calls. recommend
